This theme was created in the image of one well-known Windows 904T concept. Of course, it was not possible to implement an identical type of theme that would be 100% identical to the original, and technically this is not possible. However, the author brought something similar to live. The theme turned out to be very original, with non-standard solutions, no doubt all fans of the Metro style will like it.

I recommend creating a restore point before starting the customization.

This third party theme will only work if you install Theme Patcher, so definitely install Theme Patcher.
